Captain Cryptic - загадочный, скрытный персонаж в Final Fantasy 13-2. Встретить его можно только в локации Academia 4XX AF-, при этом сам персонаж изначально скрыт от наших глаз. Мугл никак не реагирует на присутствие скрытого персонажа в области, но способен раскрыть его, если прожать способность вручную.
Первая встреча с Captain Cryptic всегда происходит в здании академии. Задав первый вопрос он телепортируется в случайную точку на карте, и его снова придётся искать. Для полного прохождения этого мини-квеста нужно встретить его 5 раз и верно ответить на все вопросы.
Благо, что места его телепортов заранее определены. На этой карте я отметил его возможные местоположения красными кружками. При этом, кружок на самом верху - это первое его появление, больше он там не появится. Если по карте не понятно - внизу прилагаю скрины.
Местные жители будут иногда подсказывать о его местоположении. По сути, если люди вокруг упоминают капитана - значит вы ищите не в том регионе. Услышали заметку про кэпа в восточной части города - бегите в западную, и наоборот.
В качестве награды за верные ответы Captain Cryptic выдаёт фрагменты и опыт, причём фрагменты идут в зачёт достижения "Fragmented"
